Responsibilities
- Safely move, sort, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety standards
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality control
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
