Responsibilities
- Pack Orders: Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders according to specific specifications and packaging standards.
- Inventory Verification: Cross-check items against packing lists to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply proper shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation to all packages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate packing machines, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a neat and organized workspace, ensuring easy access to stock for other team members.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and ensure accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
