Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, tape dispensers) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against pick lists and shipping documents
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (may be required for some duties)
