Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (45-55°F)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
