Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and tape dispensers
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking and inventory control
- Inspect products for damage and completeness before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for scanning and labeling systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our Anaheim facility
