Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and sanitation procedures
- Operate and monitor refrigeration equipment, reporting maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and dock scheduling
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F (-18-4°C) environments for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., RF scanners)
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
