Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate packing equipment (box cutters, tape dispensers, scales) safely
- Verify product details against packing slips and manifests
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Background check and drug screen required
