Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., shrink wrappers, box sealers)
- Verify order contents against packing slips and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to Anaheim facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
