Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for accuracy and damage before packaging
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, label printers, and wrapping machines
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Team player with strong communication skills
