Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare and apply shipping labels accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Update inventory records in real-time
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
