Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize inventory with precision scanning systems
- Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Document inventory movements using WMS software
- Adhere to strict deadlines in high-volume fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
