Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating machinery)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
