Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label perishable goods according to temperature specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers) safely and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and quality standards
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory documentation
- Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work in cold environments (32-40°F)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
