Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight onto and off of trailers, pallets, and conveyors in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform basic inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (temperature-controlled warehouse).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
