Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized staging areas and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with shipping and inventory teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year experience in warehouse or order fulfillment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification a plus
