Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory with precision and accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and product sorting according to specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Uphold company standards for productivity and safety excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
