Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders using provided equipment and materials
- Operate packing machinery and scanning technology as directed
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Label packages with shipping information and barcodes
- Maintain organized packing stations and inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
