Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using barcode scanners and packing materials
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyor systems)
- Report discrepancies and resolve packing issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
