Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficiency
- Perform quality checks on packed orders before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check
