Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment preparation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient warehouse movement
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Document all packing activities using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
