Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using barcode scanners and digital manifests
- Operate packaging equipment including heat sealers, labelers, and automated conveyors
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized warehouse zones through FIFO rotation and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of all orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for forklift certification eligibility)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
