Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) after certification
- Perform quality checks and documentation for all products
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
