Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Maintain inventory records using remote software systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues
- Participate in monthly remote inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic computer systems and remote work tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Nashville facility (2 days/week)
- Background check and drug screen required
