Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper working order and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
