Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse team for timely order processing
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Use inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (for forklift operation if needed)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
