Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment following packing protocols
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers, box sealers, and labeling machines
- Verify order contents against pick lists and shipping documentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely order processing
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Valid government-issued photo ID for employment verification
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
