As an overnight team member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our 99.8% order accuracy rate while working alongside supportive colleagues who value safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision scanning and documentation
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for next-day delivery using RF scanners
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
