Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages for damage and correctness
- Scan and process orders using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
