Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare temperature-sensitive shipments for dispatch
- Verify order specifications and product integrity using quality control protocols
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to cold chain handling procedures for perishable goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-40°F) when required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
