Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using our digital inventory system
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and labeling machines
- Maintain organized staging areas for efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment training
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless operations
- Document inventory discrepancies using handheld scanners
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with strong accuracy focus
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required
