Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders according to specifications using proper materials
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy through systematic quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Northeast Philadelphia
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
