Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Sort, palletize, and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks and document inventory movements
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
