Responsibilities
- Manage overnight warehouse team of 10-15 associates, delegating tasks and monitoring productivity
- Oversee inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Train staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and company procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce errors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Prepare daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
