Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) to move inventory efficiently
- Inspect packaging materials and products for damage before shipment
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of daily orders
- Maintain organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Operate automated sorting systems and conveyors for high-volume processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
