Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move pallets and inventory
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment processing
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts
