Responsibilities
- Pack and label orders accurately using company-provided equipment
- Operate automated packing machinery and quality control scanners
- Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and report shortages
- Inspect products for damage before packing
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
