Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10+ team members to maintain productivity standards
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
