Key Duties:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on specific picking tickets.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying shipment counts against manifests.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
