Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications, verifying product counts and quality
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory and shipping systems in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with shipping team to prioritize urgent orders and meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors immediately
- Assist in quarterly inventory audits and warehouse organization initiatives
- Train new packers on company procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Team player with clear communication skills
