Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound deliveries
- Maintain organized and efficient staging areas for processed orders
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order flow
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
