Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and efficiently according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Verify order accuracy by meticulously checking items against picking tickets and packing slips.
- Label packages correctly, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate packing machinery, handheld scanners (RF guns), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and quality control processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn to use barcode scanners and inventory software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
