Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate packing equipment including shrink wrappers and box sealers
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping and inventory teams for seamless operations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
