Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counting protocols
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using HACCP-compliant procedures
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance records
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for inventory updates
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for 4+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
