Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, or damage prior to packing.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and pickers to meet daily production goals.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) safely when required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and sorting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
