Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Follow all safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
- Document warehouse activities using digital systems and reporting tools
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and coordinating delivery schedules
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all associates
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
