Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and seal orders according to specifications with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory counts and workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (flexible schedules available)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
