Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient warehouse layout
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in order preparation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (including weekends)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
