Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damages prior to packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Process returns and handle customer inquiries regarding orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
