Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging for transit
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets
- Use inventory management systems to track and document shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment safely
