Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, scanners)
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently per OSHA guidelines
- Maintain organized inventory and packing station areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Update inventory systems using provided handheld scanners
- Follow packing protocols to minimize damage during transit
- Participate in monthly equipment safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Comfortable operating provided industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Reliable transportation to Commerce St location
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
